Clear Path Psychiatry PLLC provides adult outpatient psychiatric care focused on comprehensive evaluation and evidence-based medication management. Care is delivered through in-person visits in Eagle Lake and secure telepsychiatry for adults throughout Minnesota.
Services are provided within a structured outpatient setting, with emphasis on thoughtful assessment, clear treatment planning, and ongoing follow-up. 

Psychiatric evaluations involve a comprehensive clinical assessment to understand presenting concerns, relevant history, and treatment needs. Evaluations may include clarification of the diagnosis, discussion of treatment options, and recommendations for ongoing outpatient care. 

Medication management appointments focus on monitoring treatment response, side effects, and overall progress. Treatment decisions are guided by clinical standards and adjusted thoughtfully over time. Ongoing follow-up is required to support safety, effectiveness, and continuity of care.

Telepsychiatry appointments are available to adults located in Minnesota. Visits are conducted via a secure platform and adhere to the same clinical standards as in-person care. Telepsychiatry is appropriate for outpatient psychiatric care and does not replace emergency or crisis services.

Spanish-language services are available to support effective communication and care.
