We provide adult outpatient psychiatric care, including comprehensive evaluations, medication management, and supportive short-term therapy. 

We serve adults age 18 and older and do not offer pediatric psychiatric services. 

We are located at 100 S. 2nd Street, Suite B, Eagle Lake, MN, and offer telepsychiatry statewide in Minnesota. 

Appointments can be scheduled online at www.clearpathpsychiatrymn.com or by calling (507) 654-0020. 

Initial evaluations are 60 minutes, and follow-up visits are typically 30 minutes, based on clinical needs. Intake appointments are on average 60 minutes, and follow-up appointments are typically 30 minutes. Occasionally, visits may be longer or shorter depending on the clinical situation and your individual needs. This applies to both in-person and telepsychiatry appointments. 

Yes. Telepsychiatry is provided through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform for adults in Minnesota. 

 Yes. We accept many major insurance plans in Minnesota; coverage should be verified with your insurer. 

Yes. Transparent self-pay rates are available for patients who choose private payment. 

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $75 late-cancellation fee.

Yes. Psychiatric medications are prescribed when clinically appropriate and based on evidence-based guidelines.
