A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation is offered both in-person and via telepsychiatry visits.          

 Medication Management / Follow-Up Visit (30 min), both in-person and telepsychiatry appointments.          

Extended Medication Management / Follow-Up Visit (45 min), both in-person and telepsychiatry appointments         

Cancellation Policy Notice

Please call or message at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your appointment to others. Though there's a fee for late cancellations and no-shows, we prefer to avoid charging it and appreciate your courtesy. Thank you for helping us provide timely care.       

Clear Path Psychiatry understands that attending a psychiatric appointment may sometimes require missing work or school. If you need a brief note verifying your attendance, we are happy to provide this at no charge, as long as it relates to the date of your visit.

If clinically indicated, your provider may extend the note to include additional days. This decision is based on medical necessity and clinical judgment.
