A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation is available both in-person and via telepsychiatry visits, with details on medication management costs and psychiatric evaluation fees provided for those interested in self-pay psychiatric services.

For ongoing medication management, follow-up evaluation, and brief supportive therapy as appropriate. 

Ideal for more complex follow-ups or when additional therapeutic discussion and coordination are needed. 

$150 – up to 30 minutes  

$250 – up to 60 minutes  

$300 – more than 60 minutes

Note: Psychotherapy add-on services are provided only when clinically appropriate and are based on the provider’s clinical judgment during the visit. These fees are applied in addition to the psychiatric evaluation or medication management service when extended psychotherapy is performed.

Cancellation Policy Notice

Please call or message at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your appointment to others and helps manage medication management costs effectively. Though there's a fee for late cancellations and no-shows, we prefer to avoid charging it and appreciate your courtesy. Thank you for helping us provide timely care, especially as we strive to keep psychiatric evaluation fees reasonable for our clients utilizing self-pay psychiatric services.

Clear Path Psychiatry understands that attending a psychiatric appointment may sometimes require missing work or school. If you need a brief note verifying your attendance, we are happy to provide this at no charge, as long as it relates to the date of your visit. We also recognize that individuals may have concerns about medication management costs and psychiatric evaluation fees, especially when seeking self-pay psychiatric services. If clinically indicated, your provider may extend the note to include additional days, based on medical necessity and clinical judgment.

Standard form completion (FMLA, disability, etc.) may incur additional costs, including medication management costs and psychiatric evaluation fees. For rush requests (within 48 hours), there is an additional surcharge of $25–$50 for self-pay psychiatric services.

Extensive or custom letters, such as detailed clinical summaries, will incur additional costs.
