After your appointment request is received, intake forms are sent electronically. These forms collect important clinical and background information and are typically completed before your initial visit. 

Insurance benefits are verified, or self-pay options are reviewed, before your appointment. Any questions about coverage or fees are addressed prior to the start of care. 

Once the required forms are completed and payment details are confirmed, your appointment is finalized. You will receive confirmation along with any additional instructions before your visit.
