Do you accept insurance?

Do you offer self-pay options?

Do I need a referral?
In most cases, no referral is required. You can schedule directly. Some insurance plans may require a referral from a primary care provider — verify with your insurer before scheduling.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without contact, may be subject to a $75 late cancellation or no-show fee.

Is telepsychiatry as effective as in-person appointments?

What do I need for a telepsychiatry appointment?
A device with a camera and microphone (smartphone, tablet, or computer), a reliable internet connection, and a private quiet space. No special software required — we send a secure link before your appointment.

Do you evaluate and treat ADHD in adults?

Do you provide therapy or counseling?
Clear Path Psychiatry focuses on psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Brief supportive psychotherapy may be incorporated when clinically appropriate. For ongoing therapy, we can coordinate referrals to qualified therapists. See our referrals & care coordination page.
Do you see children or adolescents?
No. Clear Path Psychiatry provides services to adults aged 18 and older only. We do not offer pediatric or adolescent psychiatric services.
Appointments
How long are appointments?
Initial psychiatric evaluations typically last 60–90 minutes. Follow-up medication management appointments are generally 20–30 minutes depending on clinical needs.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a list of current medications and dosages, any relevant medical or mental health records, and your insurance information. Intake forms will be sent to you securely before your visit. See our new patients page for full details.
How often will I need follow-up appointments?
Initial follow-ups are typically scheduled within 2–4 weeks to monitor treatment response. Once stable, frequency is adjusted based on clinical needs — usually every 1–3 months.

Are you accepting new patients?

Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?
Yes. Appointments are available Wednesday–Friday 10AM–8PM and Saturday–Sunday 9AM–3PM, accommodating working adults and those with scheduling constraints.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
