A Good Faith Estimate is provided to all self-pay patients prior to their appointment. Rates effective 12/29/2025, last reviewed 03/13/2026.
Comprehensive evaluation including psychiatric and medical history, diagnostic assessment, risk evaluation, and initial treatment planning.
Ongoing psychiatric medication management and clinical follow-up. Includes treatment response monitoring, side effect management, and medication adjustments.
For complex follow-up visits requiring additional clinical time, detailed medication review, or extended discussion of treatment planning and goals.
Available only when clinically appropriate, in conjunction with medication management.
No Surprises Act
Under the federal No Surprises Act, uninsured patients and patients who do not plan to use insurance may request a written Good Faith Estimate. An estimate is also provided when required for scheduled services.
A Good Faith Estimate is a written document provided to self-pay patients that outlines the expected costs of care before your appointment. Clear Path Psychiatry provides this to all self-pay patients prior to their first visit.
If your final bill exceeds the Good Faith Estimate by $400 or more, you have the right to dispute the charges.

Yes. Clear Path Psychiatry is in-network with Medical Assistance (MN Medicaid) for adult outpatient psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Coverage is subject to MA program requirements and individual eligibility. Call (507) 654-0020 to verify your coverage.
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without contact, may be subject to a $75 late cancellation or no-show fee. This fee is not covered by insurance.
Yes. Psychiatric evaluation and medication management are qualified medical expenses eligible for payment with HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) funds.
