Our Approach
Clear Path Psychiatry was founded to address something specific: the gap between when someone needs psychiatric care and when they can actually get it. Adults in rural Minnesota, working adults who can't take a Tuesday afternoon off, people discharged from a hospital with a follow-up appointment weeks away — this practice was built with them in mind.
Psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and related conditions. Insurance and self-pay options are available.
In-person visits at our Eagle Lake clinic and secure telepsychiatry for adults anywhere in Minnesota, with the same clinical standards and continuity of care in either setting.
Care Principles
Every aspect of care at Clear Path is grounded in thoughtful evaluation, evidence-based treatment, and respectful collaboration.
New patient appointments are structured to go beyond a symptom checklist — evaluations consider medical history, life context, prior treatment responses, and diagnostic nuance to build an accurate clinical formulation from the start.
Medication management is guided by current psychiatric literature and clinical best practices — not habit or convenience. When evidence is mixed or evolving, that uncertainty becomes part of the conversation with you.
You are an active participant in your treatment — not a passive recipient of recommendations. Shared decision-making is built into every visit, and coordination with your therapist or primary care provider is available with your consent.
Care coordination →Follow-up visits are generally with the same provider who completed your initial evaluation, supporting meaningful monitoring of treatment response and thoughtful adjustments over time.
Our Team
New patients are welcome. A referral is not required in most cases, although some insurance plans may require one. Most new patients are seen within one week of reaching out.
